What SHOULD I eat?!

Here is a list of Alkalizing, Histamine Free foods.

This "safe foods" list was put together after years of research, application, trial and error, and ultimately practicing on ourselves. We have found that sticking to these foods and/or going back to this list when intolerance, inflammation, and other issues appear in the body. This brings the body back to a regular state of balance and allows the body to "heal itself" not only by adding these fresh nutrients, but by eliminating anything that could be causing an issue or making it worse: People often ask....
