Fried up some tempe in a pan and then shake it up in a bowl of buffalo sauce of your choice. Melt some daya vegan cheddar On there too if you want! I like to melt some earth balance plant based butter with cayenne, mustard, salt, pepper, and maple syrup … super yummy!
And then just put it on a grilled piece of tofu in between some bread. Add your favorite condiments like vegannaise, mustard, ketchup, etc. add pickles, tomato, shredded cabbage, or even sliced onion!
