Everything has a pH level, alkaline or acid. This gives us an idea of the balance in the body and what we need. For example, a good or bad hair day completely depends on the pH balance of the hair follicle itself! Same goes with the body, in most cases we tend to consume too much acid and forget to portion our meals with at least 70% alkalizing foods. We can easily get our bodies to the desired state by simply changing what we eat and putting more veggies on our plate! How do you know if you’re alkaline or acidic? Check out alkaline foods and start eating more of those and less acidic foods! Also drinking lots of fresh filtered reverse Osmosis water!
A lot of people are striving to eat healthy yet experience a range of unexplained symptoms from certain foods including skin issues, allergies, fever, headache, and much more! We go to the doctor and they put us on an “antihistamine“ which relieves symptoms. What we don’t learn is that these issues can be completely avoided by eliminating histamine releasing foods! This can be confusing because some alkaline foods can release histamines in the body, which normally wouldnt be problematic, however these days because of antibiotics, toxic lifestyles, and other factors prevent the body from protecting itself with natural antibodies called diamine oxydase. This enzyme is missing in most people because of interventions early on in life so when the body releases histamines that should protect us they end up harming us instead. We have lost the ability to protect ourselves from our own defense mechanisms. Fortunately this can be treated by avoiding histamine releasing foods! This includes anything in a package, frozen, canned, boxed, anything processed whatsoever. Also eliminate animal products, grains, beans, nuts, seeds, and tropical fruits. What SHOULD I eat!?
Here is a list of Alkalizing, Histamine Free foods. This "safe foods" list was put together after years of research, application, trial and error, and ultimately practicing on ourselves. We have found that sticking to these foods and/or going back to this list when intolerance, inflammation, and other issues appear in the body. This brings the body back to a regular state of balance and allows the body to "heal itself" not only by adding these fresh nutrients, but by eliminating anything that could be causing an issue or making it worse: People often ask.... Well what DO you eat then? So here it is.... just stick to this list and you will be feeling great almost instantaneously!
ALKALINE, NON-HISTAMINE FOODS TO EAT:
*ALWAYS CHOOSE ORGANIC!
*DRINK PLENTY OF REVERSE OSMOSIS WATER!
APPLES, ASPARAGUS,ARUGALA, BROCCOLI, BEETSBRUSSEL SPROUTS, CABBAGE (Purple is best), CHIVES, CHARD, COLLARDS, CAULIFLOWER, CANTALOUPE, CUCUMBER, COCONUT, COCONUT OIL (cold pressed), DANDELION, DRAGONFRUIT, FENNEL, GRAPEFRUIT, HEMP MILK, HEMP OIL, HONEYDEW MELON, HERBS (rosemary, sage, basil, oregano, parsley, dill, cayenne, curry and turmeric, sea salt, etc....) , KALE, LEMON, LIME, MUSTARD GREENS, NUTRITIONAL YEAST, ORANGES, ONIONS, PEARS (red is best), PEPPERS (orange and red), PUMPKIN, POTATOES (with skin), SEA VEGGIES ( spirulina, nori, wake, agar agar, dulls, kelp, etc.) SQUASH, WATERCRESS, WATERMELON, ZUCCHINI.
if you've dealt with ulcers, boils, sores, herpes, or any type of skin issue then you will
know how dreadful it can be to even leave the house at times! With limited resources when it comes to skin care, even the dermatologist or highly trained esthetician can’t crack these skin care hacks! along With alkaline and eliminating histamines, sometimes we get certain irritations that require more than just an ointment or cream (although we have an oil for that 😉 💧) most treatments start from within! If those pesky sores start emerging just check out what type of foods have low arginine levels and stick with those! The high arginine will make the skin issue worse (Even though most stem from stress we can use food to heal ourselves!) treat food like medicine! Stay super healthy by eating plenty of low histamine low arginine alkalizing foods!

We have come a long way from eating other living beings and realizing that Gaia provides all of our needs! Plants literally give us life and air! We thrive off eating the colors of the earth.
