Proper name: Ganoderna lucidum


Reishi mushrooms have been said To benefit the body in many ways! 

The fantastic fungi  has been used to treat conditions such as the flu, heart related issues, infections, and even cancer. It can boost the immune system which is a great way to practice preventative methods of avoiding poor health.

Most traditional mycology healers and elderly people use it to increase longevity and cure erectile dysfunction.[12]”

Description

The pearl oyster mushroom or tree oyster mushroom, is edible. It was first cultivated in Germany and is now grown worldwide. It is related to the king oyster mushroom and is used in many dishes of many different cultures and lifestyles. 

Our favorite way is to shred them. They make a great substitute for chicken, pork, beef, and fish.
